The Story
The Galloway Modern ShowHouse is a design-forward new build led by Helm Custom Homes in collaboration with a trusted architectural and engineering team.
Conceived as a modern estate rooted in clarity, proportion, and performance, the home balances bold geometry with refined materiality. Large expanses of glass, intentional water features, and seamless indoor-outdoor transitions create a residence that feels both architectural and livable.
Selected for the 2026 Artisan Home Tour, this home will serve as a living platform for craftsmanship, collaboration, and thoughtfully integrated brand partnerships.
The Process
Galloway Modern is unfolding as a fully integrated ShowHouse experience.
From early renderings and architectural development through construction, documentation, and curated events, this project is designed to share the story of modern residential building in real time.
As the home progresses, select brand partners are integrated intentionally, ensuring alignment with architectural clarity, performance expectations, and the overall design vision.

Outdoor pavilion with chef’s kitchen, dining, lounging, and putting green
2,500 sq. ft. garage with 6+ car capacity, lifestyle storage, and custom dog wash
